I have always had a round face. I am 5’3’’ and even at my leanest weight I still had a round face. I have minimal under chin fat that I want fix but not sure to do that first or a buccal fat removal.

Concerning your facial asymmetry, the best and easiest procedure would be to do a fat transfer. We would remove fat from the abdomen or inner thighs, process the fat, and then inject it where needed.
