Would it be better to get buccal fat removal than do a PDO threadlift for a snatched jawline?

I have always had a round face. I am 5’3’’ and even at my leanest weight I still had a round face. I have minimal under chin fat that I want fix but not sure to do that first or a buccal fat removal.

Might be a good option to do a genioplasty with or without jawline contouring (V-line). Hard to say from the pics, but if the jaw is wide in that area or the chin sits back a bit, augmenting the chin may help. If it is purely a soft tissue issue, you could do a thread lift. Might need to alter the approach a bit, but the buccal fat is in a different place. There is a chance it would make the dimple more prominent or change the position of it to some degree, but if there is too much buccal fat, the dimple-plasty should stay roughly the same.
