I got a buccal fat removal about 5 years ago, the DR said I did not have lot of buccal fat and he could only removed tiny fat . I also did facial line lipo about 3 years ago and I still have full-looking cheeks and midface bulging. What can I do to get slim facial line , cheeks. Thank you.

Can you get buccal removal if you've had dimpleplasty?

Might need to alter the approach a bit, but the buccal fat is in a different place. There is a chance it would make the dimple more prominent or change the position of it to some degree, but if there is too much buccal fat, the dimple-plasty should stay roughly the same.

If you have a master hypertrophy it is better to have botox and buccal fat removal for a sharp V shape. If the patient has heavy face, low pressured Lipo can be performed to certain areas. Additionally adding some volume to chin may improve the results
