Might be a good option to do a genioplasty with or without jawline contouring (V-line). Hard to say from the pics, but if the jaw is wide in that area or the chin sits back a bit, augmenting the chin may help. If it is purely a soft tissue issue, you could do a thread lift. As I see it, the fold of the lower lip could use some support and the chin looks short vertically, which is why genioplasty would be a better option than an implant.
