It is way too soon to be concerned about these lumps.  They will certainly go down, but it can take up to four months.  If they persist after that time, then a revision can probably be performed.

Hi, this is a great question. The lumps are probably from the dissolvable sutures. These lumps will soften and go down as you heal. You can use ice packs for pain and swelling.

Three weeks from the date of surgery is a very short time period for all the swelling to be resolved.  If the "lumps" are still present after 3 months then some cause for concern may be in order but until then follow all of your surgeons recomendations for a smooth recovery and keep all of your follow-up visits so s/he can monitor your course.  Glad to help... @drryanstanton.com

The 'lumps' are most likely areas of residual swelling and induration, which are both quite common in the postoperative period.  I ask my labiaplasty patients to begin Swell-X tablets twice daily after surgery. Raffy Karamanoukian, Los Angeles

It may take months for all of the swelling to resolve following your revision labiaplasty.  I do expect the bumps you see to soften and fade with time.

3 weeks is not enough time. You need to wait at least 3-4 months and then evaluate. It will look better over time. get well soon.

You're too early to speculate as to how smooth your labia will be after healing.  Regardless, you must heal before critiques can be done.  There are always small imperfections in the genitalia so if the lumps aren't compromising the overall appearance or function, I would suggest doing nothing more.  I wish you could have resolved your concerns with your original surgeon but certainly circumstances can make that impossible to do.

Swelling in this area after labiaplasty (or any perineal surgery) takes a long time to resolve.  It is too early to assess your results.  Continue with scar massage and wait 8-12 weeks for final evaluation.

It is very early from your second surgery and the "lumps" should go down with time. Continue to massage the scars and lumps to help them go down and reasses the scars in 3 months from your surgery.
