I had a revision labiaplasty surgery to take away a section of darker colored, fatty labia tissue at the bottom of my labia minora where they join. This section was missed during the first surgery with a different surgeon. It has been THREE WEEKS since my surgery and the section that he cut and stitched (with dissolvable stitches) is very firm and lumpy. He says the lumps will go down... but I'm very concerned it is permanent scar tissue. Any comments? Will these lumps go away?
