My Abdominoplasty was performed 10/2020 and it was a work of art. Dr. Armenta is a gifted, compassionate and skilled surgeon. From the beginning to the end my experience was amazing. My tummy tuck is "Flawless". I'm not just saying that to just say words. It really is incredible to see the outcome. I also would like to show my appreciation to Lisa / Rebecca (staff) for their patience and assistance as it goes " TEAM WORK MAKES THE DREAM WORK". #Awesomeness
I was referred to Dr. Armenta after being diagnosed with breast cancer and from day one him his nurse lisa the receptionist Rebecca have been so nice to me. Finding out that you have breast cancer at 40 years old was traumatizing and to have a dr and his whole staff take such good care of you was such a blessing. I’ve had a double mastectomy and I’m in transition to have breast implants and i couldn’t be happier with Dr. Armenta and his staff. They are now family to me.
Amazing doctor ! - Houston, TX
Dr. Armenta and his staff are warm and welcoming and made the entire experience a positive one. Dr Armenta took time to answer all of my questions and made sure I was comfortable. His relaxed nature and kind bedside manner immediately put me at ease. I was so pleased with the results I have now become a regular patient who will continue to trust Dr Armenta and his team for all of my cosmetic needs.
Hello. I agree that facial fillers would help in filling in the nasolabial folds and the marionette lines of your face. I would try something like Radiesse first to see if you like it. If you like the look and then want something more permanent they try fat injections to your NLF and also midface to replace the volume you lost with the weight loss.
Hello and thank you for asking such an important question. I do not recommend getting fillers into this area of your nose or glabella as there have been reported cases of blindness with fillers here. There is an anatomic connection in the arterial blood flow to the area of the nasal bridge and the optical arterial system. As such fillers can be injected that can then occlude blood flow to the eye. I would recommend being seen by a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon that can evaluate your nose and face and make appropriate recommendations for aesthetic improvements. Best of luck.
So sorry for the recent trauma to your nose. By just looking at your photos is does appear that you have an infracture of your lateral wall. You should be seen by a board certified Plastic Surgeon to do a thorough exam and to in fact verify that you do have a fracture. I recommend doing this soon so that if surgery is required you have it done within the next few weeks. You do not want to wait too long. I wish you the best.
Hello and sorry to hear about the recurring hernias. Unfortunately, once you star having recurring hernias the risks for recurrence of additional hernias increase. The best thing to do is to meet with your surgeon and talk about the different materials available to help reinforce an abdominal hernia repair such as Strattice. Since you have already had a recurrence with previous surgeries your risk for an additional recurrence after a repair are high. I would personally recommend a repair with Strattice. Your surgeon will discuss issues with you about how the Strattice is sewn into your abdomen for support. A tummy tuck can be incorporated into the procedure all at once. Best of luck.
Recommendations for flying after TT would be to wear an abdominal support and not push yourself to much. Walking is important after a TT, however if you have to walk long distances use a wheelchair. Have plenty of help to avoid lifting anything or carrying bags. Safe travels!
