Nose is still asymmetrical and wide from the front - will I need a revision? (photos)

hi i got my rhinoplasty done 6 month ago bt still my nose looks very asymmetrical and is still very wode from front . there is also a dent on my nose and one side of my nose looks biggers that other. i got alar base redn bt stil my nostrils looks wide.will it improve by 1 year mark or i will have to consider revisional?

Good Morning steelie,I hope this response finds you well. A rhinoplasty ususally does show its best outcomes around 1 year post operation. From what I can gather from your images - you are worried abour the slight bulge over the dorsum of your nose and the width of your lower half of the nose. I understand that these are genuine concerns and must be addressed. I would suggest a reconsultation with your operating surgeon so as to find out the extent of the osteotomy performed and if any diced cartilage was placed if there was a particular reason for concern with the deformity over the dorsum of the nose. Although an image is a great starting point , I would recommend a video consultation / in person consultation with a board certified Aesthetic Plastic surgeon to take this forward and thoroughly answer your query.

your concerns are genuine ,with time the tissue swelling goes but there will not be much structural chnages ,After a year you can decide to go for a revision or live with it

No conozco su caso, pero entiendo su inquietud. Sin embargo, en terminos generales, el resultado se ve bastante standard, al menos, en las fotos. Normalmente, todos somos asimetricos de csi todas las partes del cuerpo y creo que deberia darle el beneficio de la duda y no desesperarse, ya que tiene algo muy valioso en el resultado y es que se ve bastante NATURAL, y eso, creame que tiene su merito.Saludos.
