I had 2 surgeries, my second surgeon didnt fix the polly beak (or even address it). i had a consultation recently with someone else and they said i have polly beak. i feel a rounded hard bump on my supratip area. Im wondering if this is causing my nose to droop more (i dont mean as an illlusion, but rather forcing it down and actually making it drop)
