I have a slight polly beak, would fixing it lift my nose?

Pollybeak deformity occurs when the area above the tip of the nose, also known as the supratip, becomes full. Supratip fullness can persist after a rhinoplasty for several months and may be resolved through nose taping or steroid injections.
