Hi there, i had rhinoplasty 8 years ago and surgeon did osteotomies, tried to straighten my nose (made it very wide so it looks straight but it seems like an illusion, i know ENT like to do this sometimes). When i pull my cheek to the side i can breathe but otherwise its blocked. Why can this be?
