Nose is wide and bulbous after rhinoplasty - would it be difficult to fix it and make my nose thinner? (photos)

I liked how my nose looked from the front (pre-surgery) but the surgeon seemed to be focused on making my nose wide and bulbous. Is it extremely difficult to fix this and make my nose thinner? I like how it looks from the side, but the front makes me seriously depressed and I'm scared I will never like my nose from the front again. Last 4 pics are two years after surgery pics

With a revision rhinoplasty it shoukd be possible to make your nose thinner and make the tip smaller as well. An in person examination Woukd be necessary to fully evaluate.

Digital photos rarely tell the whole story, but the last 4 photos you posted appear to reveal a natural looking nasal appearance. In general, we do not recommend revision surgery unless there is a significant abnormality amenable to surgical correction.
