I liked how my nose looked from the front (pre-surgery) but the surgeon seemed to be focused on making my nose wide and bulbous. Is it extremely difficult to fix this and make my nose thinner? I like how it looks from the side, but the front makes me seriously depressed and I'm scared I will never like my nose from the front again. Last 4 pics are two years after surgery pics

Hi @Loving2405! I'm sorry you are dealing with complications. I would generally recommend waiting a year before having a revision to make sure swelling has subsided. Considering this is a revision and you have thick skin, you may benefit from waiting a bit longer. Best of luck to you!
The very nicely posted photos demonstrate a rotated cartilage graft or cartilage lower medial alar cartilage. Easiest to try HA filler injections done ONLY by the surgeon or another expert surgeon who injects! Otherwise only additional tip surgery with cartilage diced grafting can improve. Good...
