I have had a dorsal hump removed and now my front profile looks all out of place. I used to have a straight looking nose from the front now it looks triangular. The side bones of my nose appear further across my face and are wider than the tip of my nose. The surgeon said it’s not swelling and it won’t change. The nasal bones seem too thin to me is this why I can see the ‘sides’ of my nose? Can anything be done to fix this? What has happened? It’s been months now.

Hello! Great question. To achieve symmetry and enough improvement, a tip revision surgery would likely be the best. The tip can be deconstructed and reformed to a proper shape. Camouflage grafts - if needed - from the temple can be used also. Some would advocate for filler though there is risk...
Hello! Thank you for your question. You may need a revision rhinoplasty surgery to correct your breathing. One nostril may be blocked due to deviation or something else. Without face-to-face consultation I cannot say anything for sure.
Best regards!
