This is a follow-up to my first question. Thank you for your professional inputs - much appreciated! I have very sensitive skin and had a lot of swelling and suture reactions, and am working with an oculoplastic surgeon on the suture cysts that remain. Because of my sensitive skin , I really don't think another major upper eyelid surgery is in the cards for me, but I'd like to try the preservative-free drops/oint. How many drops/day do you rec? Thank you

Yes, a lower lid bleph with a skin pinch would help smooth out these wrinkles. Maybe a TCA peel as well for the finer wrinkles. This can be done in the office under local anesthesia.
