Right upper front tooth aches and is numb after lower face and neck lift 6 weeks ago.

I had a lower face and neck lift 6 weeks and 3 days ago. Left side of face and neck healed quickly, some numbness still present. Right side of face more lumpy and swollen, which I know is normal. But, my right, upper front tooth aches, is numb, along with other upper right teeth. It has always been numb but not aching. I told my PS today but he had nothing to say. I’m worried that just front upper right tooth aches. I don’t want to lose it. Is it normal for this to happen? Will it be ok? Thank you.
