Thank you for your pictures and questions. It looks as though you have some scar adhesion and contour deformity after a necklift procedure. This is why you have to be very careful with incision placement in this area and make sure not to remove too much fat in the area to prevent scar adhesions. If your surgeon who did the procedure is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, I would discuss with him or her options for improvement which might include scar release and fat grafting or fillers. If your surgeon is not certified by the ABPS, then that was your first mistake and I suggest you find one who is to discuss your concerns.Best of luck!

Thank you for your photos and question.  There may still be an element of swelling contributing to the irregularities underneath your chin that may still resolve with time.  But, either way, I understand wanting to address it before your big event celebrating your wedding anniversary.  There are a few minimally invasive modalities that may help - such as fillers to improve the volume contour defects, or even some localized liposuction to improve that bump if it happens to be fat.  Devices to improve the scar can be certain lasers or even microneedling to help soften the area.  I hope this helps and best wishes to you!

Thank you for sending in your question.  Submental hollow can occur if excess fat was removed or if a platysma muscle plication procedure was not adequate to mobilize the platysma muscles towards the midline. Based on your images more conservative treatment such as filler or fat grafting can be used to fill in a significant hollow. Regarding  persistent jowels  Facetite procedure is minimally invasive and can enhance facelift results when necessary.   Speak to your surgeon to review your options.  If you are still not satisfied seek out an experienced facelift surgeon either certified by the ABFPRS or ABPS
