First surgery in 2017 Immediately was not happy with the size and unevenness. My initial surgery was to lift, even, and have symmetry. I wanted a full C to a small D. My provider said had to make them bigger to get them even. I believe I have a double bubble under my left breast. 1 provider suggested pigskin. Not sure how to choose a surgeon. I have reviewed board-certified providers and read reviews but I still don't trust myself. appreciate your thoughts
Answer: Surgeon Probably the best way to pick a surgeon is to go for a consult, see how well the surgeon discusses your plan, and ask to see photos of women similar to you to see what kind of results they had. Reviews can be helpful, but many very satisfied patients do not always leave a review.

Answer: Explant with Bellesoma Method The technique I recommend is explantation and lift using The Bellesoma Method. The implants are removed, your breast tissue is reshaped creating upper pole fullness, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained if not injured during your previous surgery. At the same time, fat transfers or small implants can be placed. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Revision surgery Dear Wannasexybod, breast revision surgery is the most difficult plastic surgery procedure performed. Botched breast surgery alters normal tissue planes and laxity, the ability of breasts to heal properly, and leaves scar tissue that dramatically affects the level of difficulty of the corrective surgery. Many patients come in to correct poor outcomes from their initial surgeries. The most common problems are due to implant malposition, bottoming out of the implant, poor scarring, and incorrect implant size. While the type of revision required will depend on the result of the previous surgery and the desired result of the patient, some revisions involve extensive pocket repair that may or may not need specialized external bras.If you are considering breast surgery revision, you should speak with a board certified plastic surgeon and have yourself properly assessed. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Also, you have to make sure that your surgeon understands your breast augmentation goals. Answer: Revision procedure Photos would help immensely in answering your question. Picking a surgeon is very difficult. You will eventually find one whom you 'gel' with. Go to several board certified PLASTIC SURGEONS and see what techniques they suggest. Use Realself to determine whom to consult with. Best wishes. Dr. Taranow

Answer: Breast revision Post photos please. You want a provider with experience in breast revisions. If a double bubble then correcting with support like Strattice (pigskin) is an option although I prefer Galaflex for those cases and reserve Strattice for capsulular contracture.
