I am 5'3, 110 lbs post 2 children that need to exchange the previous implants and nipple lifts. The surgeon recommended me to have 450cc on the left, and 385cc on the right breast. I currently have 325cc on both and I'm scared that 450cc will be remarkably big for my body. Any input on the implant sizes? With the 325cc, I loved the size although now I'm experiencing sagging, thus, need the nipple lifts and bigger implants (trying to avoid the anchor lift)

Hello @Exquisite274061 thank you for your question. A capsular contracture involves changes in the surrounding tissues, which can be painful, this may explain the changes and pain. It is important that you have a surgical solution so that this does not continue to occur. For more information and...
At 5/6" you might want to consider 300-350 cc's, taking you down a cup, or the smaller may need to be even around 250-275 cc's. Each cup is about 150 cc's. The size depends upon how much actual breast tissue you have.
You need more tissue, so using dermal grafts like Alloderm could be helpful to give more tissue, and/or fat transfers in the lower breast. Later, there are some lasers to help decrease the discoloration from the veins.
