Hello, I am a 20 year old girl who has had breast augmentation and corrective surgery for tuberous breasts. Following the surgery (February 2021), there were complications: hematoma and a capsular contracture. My surgeon only intervened last month, doing a partial capsulectomy which unfortunately went wrong. Now I find myself with a left breast still hard, with an extremely thin part of the breast skin, with visible capillaries. is it possible to do something? Thank you

The 375 cc implants are too large for your frame and tissue. You would probably do well with 200-250 cc implants, and be much more comfortable with less weight on your neck and shoulders.
The reason to use tissue expanders is to expand your tissue gradually. Perhaps, the 300 cc implant was just too tight and did not sit well, or perhaps it interfered with the blood supply to your nipple. The gummy bear implants must sit well. I am not a fan of the gummy implants because of the...
Please do not go bigger. Your implants are already very heavy and have stretched your own tissues a fair amount. Bigger will be even more heavy of your neck and shoulders and sag more with time.
