Tuberous breasts, hematoma, capsular contracture. Is it possible to do something? (Photo)

Hello, I am a 20 year old girl who has had breast augmentation and corrective surgery for tuberous breasts. Following the surgery (February 2021), there were complications: hematoma and a capsular contracture. My surgeon only intervened last month, doing a partial capsulectomy which unfortunately went wrong. Now I find myself with a left breast still hard, with an extremely thin part of the breast skin, with visible capillaries. is it possible to do something? Thank you
