At this time, if you are having pain and a hematoma then you may need to have the implant removed then wait 6 months and place the implant submuscular.

You need more tissue, so using dermal grafts like Alloderm could be helpful to give more tissue, and/or fat transfers in the lower breast. Later, there are some lasers to help decrease the discoloration from the veins.
