It is important that you have a surgical solution so that this does not continue to occur. Your photos are not very clear nor show the whole breast so it is difficult to say what you have. All the problems might be related to your capsule. Please visit with your surgeon and discuss your options.

Lo mas seguro es que puedas tener una contractura capsular, esto es por una reacción de tu cuerpo ante el implante. Lo que puede hacer es remover el implante con una cirugia o nosotros contamos con un aparato de radiofrecuencia especializado para mamas, lo que hace es prevenir y quitar la contractura capsular, este aparato se llama capsuloblast.
