What could this dimpling & pain under breast be? (Photos)

Question

I have been having more pain than usual on my right breast. I have had a contracture for about 5 yrs now on that side. Today I noticed what appears to be dimpling right where Im having pain. When I move my arm, it almost feels like the implant is sliding against my muscle. Very uncomfortable. What could this be? And why is it concave like this?

Hello @Exquisite274061 thank you for your question. A capsular contracture involves changes in the surrounding tissues, which can be painful, this may explain the changes and pain. It is important that you have a surgical solution so that this does not continue to occur. Your photos are not very clear nor show the whole breast so it is difficult to say what you have. All the problems might be related to your capsule. Please visit with your surgeon and discuss your options.

Lo mas seguro es que puedas tener una contractura capsular, esto es por una reacción de tu cuerpo ante el implante. Lo que puede hacer es remover el implante con una cirugia o nosotros contamos con un aparato de radiofrecuencia especializado para mamas, lo que hace es prevenir y quitar la contractura capsular, este aparato se llama capsuloblast.
