Seeking great, experienced doctor & advice on decreasing width & nostrils size, & defining bone to create facial harmony

I don't want to drastically change my features more of just improve them. I have sinus issues, hope to improve both health and appearance. What are your recommendations? My ethnicity consists of African, European and East Asia descent. My understanding is genetic makeup makes my nose structure somewhat different and may require certain skills, experience and expertise. I appreciate the help.

The improvements you are looking for can be achieved with rhinoplasty surgery.  You appear to need some tip refinement and to have the bridge built up. Consult with a facial plastic surgeon or general plastic surgeon who specializes in nose surgery for best results.
