My right breast is a saggy DDD and my left is a perky C. Its quite embarassing, Im not comfortable in my clothes, bathing suit or naked. I have major self esteem issues from it. Im a larger woman but my breast look even worse when i loose weight. I have extreme right back/shoulder pain, I even list to the right, I think its a side effect from trying to hide it since I was a teen. My right breast also often aches before menses. I live in the northeast, if that helps with a price range.

Thanks for the question. I recommend consulting with a board certified plastic surgeon so he may assess you in person, but I believe you will need a reduction on your right breast then a lift on both.All the best,Dr. Results

Thank you for your question and posting an appropriate picture. You do have significant asymmetry, however, you would likely need operations on both breasts for best symmetry. This would likely comprise of and breast reduction on the right side and a breast lift on the left. You would need to have a consultation for precise recommendations.

Both breasts are ptotic or sagging. You can have aloft of the smaller and a reduction on the larger.  Best of luck.
