I have been to the doctors previously due to cheast pains, as it felt like my heart. It was my breasts causing the pain. I also am starting to developback pains and problems, indents in my shoulders are already accuring. The one thing i am mostly concerned of is scaring. If I go through with the reduction, will there be noticable scaring?. Does my age affect myself getting the surgery?. How long? My size causes me greif every day physically and others comments dont help. Can i get it done?

It will depend on how much tissue is excised and how large the incisions are. It is best to consult with a board certified plastic surgeon so that they may assess you in person. Best wishes.
Breast reduction will make the upper back, neck and shoulders feel better. Sometimes the changes in posture can help alleviate lower back as well. It looks like you are a good candidate for a reduction and will, definitely receive a great benefit from it. It may not help the from the stenosis though.
