I have this x and loss of volume in the middle of my forehead. What can I do?

I am a 22 year old female. I wanted to get rid my vein looking x thing and I had done microphleboctemy and 2 sessions of scelerotherapy last year but I still see no change. I have lost a tremendous amount of volume in the center of my forehead and I have uneven as seen on picture. I was looking for a permanent solution. Any surgery that would make my forehead look smooth and have volume?

Veins of the trunk, arms and the back of hands can be treated with laser and Sclerotherapy. These treatments give the best results.
