For the last year there have been bulging veins between my nose and eyes. Is there anything I can do to get rid of them (phots)

Angular veins drain directly into the sinus within the brain and treating these would be very risky.  I would recommend that you leave these veins alone.

This vein is indeed the angular vein. It shares circulation with the eyes and drains into a portion of the brain. It is not safe to close this vessel with injection as it may result in blindness or other catastrophic injury. The only potential treatment would be surgical ligation by an experienced oculoplastic surgeon.
