Question

The blood pulled under skin. Pic is before it broke open. Put neosporin and gauze pad with paper tape on after it broke open, then new compression stocking. Will this be okay? Will it heal? Called the dr. Spoke to the nurse this morning and told her the above and no call back :-(

That will heal but that is not normal and it will likely leave a scar.  Hypertonic saline is not recommended for sclerotherapy because of complications such as this.  You need to see a physician and have that debrided and dressed.  If treated early with hyaluronidase it can help prevent the skin necrosis.

The posted picture is not a normal occurrence after sclerotherapy.  I would recommend following up with your treating physician who should see you as soon as possible.  For now local care with a topical antibacterial ointment and wound care is necessary.  This will need to be followed closely because the risk of tissue breakdown exists.
