I have prominent bulging forehead veins that are apparent every time I smile and in certain lighting. I really would like them removed so I don’t look like a Klingon for the rest of my days. ;) I will not consider sclerotherapy because though the likelihood of risks is low, the possible outcome could be disastrous. I’ve read that the safest approach would be to surgically remove the veins. I have still not found a doctor in LA who has performed this procedure. Any suggestions?
