Can arm spider veins be treated?

Rational444
I have spider veins on my arms/ shoulders / legs / trunk / face so basically everywhere you can imagine - I was wondering if these veins are able to be removed in the same way as leg veins if I decided to do this in the future? Can sclerotherapy be done on arm veins or lasers only? What about on the trunk? If the ones on my stomach get significantly worse I will want to remove them.
