I had HUGE collagen and natural HA loss upon using hyaluronidase ( which they promised was very safe and wouldn't damage at all because different PH blah blah) and now ironically I am looking for a filler that doesn't show tyndall because my sin went very thin! Bone and skin in some places. Which filler won't show tynfall effect on the eye area?

Answer: Tyndall Effect Hi, The Tyndall effect is the result of an HA filler being placed too superficially in the skin. This effect is theoretically possible with any filler. In our practice, we have been having success with utilizing Volbella off-label for under-eye filler. This filler is meant to be placed more superficially in the skin, and as less of a risk for the Tyndall effect. Please see a qualified plastic surgeon for evaluation and treatment.

Answer: Tyndall Effect Thanks for your question, and sorry to hear about your problems with hyaluronidase. The Tyndall Effect occurs when an HA filler is placed too superficially. So as long as the injector places the product properly you don’t need to worry about this. Also, it doesn’t occur with non-HA fillers. I hope this helps.
