I’ve been interested in trapezius slimming via injections for a while now as my traps are very overdeveloped due to bad posture which makes my neck and shoulders seem short and bulky. However I haven’t been able to find any doctors near me who have experience with this. However I know that it is more common in places like Australia. What are the risks with this procedure and what is used to accomplish the slimming? Is it Botox or some other injectable? Why is it uncommon?

Fillers are a great option to add definition and fullness to the jawline. I would recommend waiting 2-4 weeks after your wisdom teeth removal to have any fillers placed in the jawline.
Hyacorp is not approved for use in the USA by the FDA and so I do not have experience with it. However, the risk of infection with Juvederm and Restylane, in my experience, is low as long as good and clean technique is used.
Thank you for your question and for providing pictures. One syringe may help you achieve the look you desire. However, an official consultation is necessary to discuss what the best treatment option is and how much product is needed. Hope this helps. All the best
