Will one syringe of filler help both sides of my jaw be sharper? (photos)

Hyaluronic acid based fillers like Restylane Lyft can be used to improve jawline definition however I find that more then 1 syringe is usually required. I would expect to use 1-2 syringes per side. In your case, the chin and prejowl area should be avoided since you have an implant in place. 

I believe you are asking if one syringe is enough to shape both mandibular angles. You are right you do not need any more volume in your chin the implant looks great. The jawline and it's point of prominence normally can take up good amount of volume. Yes you can sharpen them with filler but if you want real results substantial enough to make you happy, you need at least one syringe on each side. 
I think your jaw looks good as it is, so if this is not making you happy that means you are expecting a significant projection there.  Get one syringe on each side for results that could make you happy and last long.
