Hello and thank you for your question. Although it seems that creating larger lips to offset a larger nose may be a good solution, it may not be a well balanced look for the rest of the face. There is, however, another option that you may be a candidate for. I have had success in shrinking down bulbous noses with a cocktail injection of steroid and 5-fluorouracil. It is a simple and fairly painless treatment that can give a good amount of improvement in shrinking the tissues, and thus creating a slimmer tip. It is best to make an appointment for an in-person consultation to determine if you will be a good candidate for this procedure. Thanks for the question. Although a photo would have helped sometimes chin augmentation can be performed to create the appearance of a smaller nose. Better facial harmony is created necessitating a more pleasing balance to the lower face. Lip augmentation doesn’t have this effect. Hope this answers your question.
That is unlikely. Lip volume can correct projection imbalances between nose, lip and chin, but I would not expect it to change the appearance of the nose. Photos would be helpful for a more detailed evaluation.
Thank you for posting photos. Without a direct exam, it is hard to give you specific recommendations. It is possible to raise this area with fillers and soften the angle, to a certain extent. You seem to have a deep philtrum as well, so some filler in that area will help to "widen" the space...
