What can I do to permanently fix my saggy cheeks?

Baller95
I have very prominent sagging cheeks, I’m 24 years old 6’0 and weigh only 140 so I’m pretty skinny yet I have these saggy cheeks. This saggy cheek thing runs in the family with all my uncles and my dad. It’s not fat, it’s purely excess loose skin (genetic). If I shaved off my beard you would see how bad it actually is.....that’s why I keep my beard to “try” to cover some of the chipmunk cheeks. If I smile/ laugh the saggy-ness is 10x more prominent, that’s why I don’t smile. Please help!
