Right side of my cheek is sunken looks very obvious ,I never had this before But occurred lately . I have teeth contractions on the sunken side ,I would like to know what kind of treatment should I seek ,and what would be the cost. Thank you very much.

I appreciate your question and concern. While we all have some level of asymmetry between the two sides of our face, your images indicate your asymmetry is noticeable. Since it is a concern for you as well, I encourage you to schedule an appointment with a board-certified physician that specializes in treatments using dermal fillers. Injectable fillers can add fullness and definition to the side of the face that is currently lacking, creating balance and a more aesthetically-pleasing facial contour. While these treatments offer temporary improvement, the results can last for many months up to two years.

Volume / contouring of the cheeks and facial symmetry can be created with well-placed fillers (Voluma, Radiesse, Bellafill) and Sculptra. Fat grafting and surgical implants are alternatives. Trauma- crush injury from a blow can cause fat atrophy. Genetically less volume in the buccal fat pads.  No face is symmetric and some are more asymmetric than others. Fat transfer is your best option.

We are all two halves that fuse together so everyone has some baseline asymmetry. That being said I can see that your right side is more sunken than the left. You can do fat grafting or filler. If you really like the results you can consider a custom implant. The area that is asymmetric appears to be right below the cheekbone.  I think a detailed analysis of your photos would help.
