Cheeks don’t go up when I smile/teeth do not show when I smile - Is there anything I can do?

When I smile my cheek look strange, they don’t go up, or just not high enough. And my teeth don’t show when I smile, no matter how hard I try, could that have anything to do with it. I like my cheeks when they are resting.

You have a very pretty slender face. There is a point lateral (to the side) of the eye and in front of the ear that we "like" to be the most lateral projection point of the face on the frontal and 3/4 view.  I believe that with a bit of filler you would be able to obtain this. Cheek implants and lip lift? An in person examination is needed to discuss your goals etc. and see your face in motion.
