In 2022 I had unfortunate upper eyelid surgery that removed too much skin and left me with these very visible thick scars. They are much whiter than surrounding skin and very slightly raised. I tried all scar gels and plasters and had them lasered, with zero effect. As too much skin was already removed, I’m afraid these scars cannot be surgically erased. In fact, I assume they were formed as the skin was stretched too much after skin removal. What can I do?

It looks like you have mild medial canthal webbing.
This condition is quite difficult to treat surgically, and it may be better to leave it alone.
You should for sure only consider having surgical intervention if you can find someone who has a history of having done this treatment multiple times...

In my opinion you are a great candidate for fat repositioning to keep volume in the midface. Simply removing fat could give you a hollow appearance after surgery. Best to see an eyelid expert.
