Hi, I am a 24 year old female and overall healthy. I am happy with my appearance except the inner corners of my eyes. I seem to have access skin in the center of my face, specifically my nose bridge and right below my eyebrows, that covers the corners of my eyes. It is especially bothersome because it is more apparent on the left. No one in my family has this and my nose is not flat. My guess is that it was caused by a childhood injury to my nose. Can anything be done to remove the extra skin?
