It looks like you have mild medial canthal webbing.
This condition is quite difficult to treat surgically, and it may be better to leave it alone.
You should for sure only consider having surgical intervention if you can find someone who has a history of having done this treatment multiple times successfully in the past first. Consider consulting with senior oculoplastic surgeons in your community to see what they have to say.
During each consultation, ask each provider to open up their portfolio and show you their entire collection of before, and after pictures of previous patients with the same condition.
