Hello, I am 34 years old and very unhappy with my low eyebrows. I constantly have a grim expression on my face because of it. I have already talked to a plastic surgeon. He has recommended an eyebrow lift, but I am still unsure which surgical method would be best for me. It seems that every doctor has a different opinion. Answer: Browlift There are many surgical techniques for browlifting, but I think the browlift technique with longest lasting results is the transcutaneous browlift. This technique is similar to a facelift in that up to two inches of skin can be removed. In addition, this technique will not elevate the hairline.

The Incision is located back in the hairline Area. Eve if you lift your eyebrows, you may still require a conservative upper eyelid skin blepharoplasty, since you have very hooded eyelids in addition to low set eyebrows.
