Is the temporal brow lift method unreliable and is endoscopic method a surer bet for lifting eyebrow tails? (Photo)

My eyebrows are fine except the tails. I'm afraid to use the lateral method, since doctors have personally told me that for them the brow always later drops back down. Can I get the same eyebrow tail heigh via endoscopic method without making my eyebrows feminine? Doctors disagree so much about the lateral method that it makes me anxious. Is the endoscopic method a surer bet to last longer in my case? And is it just as capable of raising my eyebrow tails?
