Is it safe and possible to have a Tummy Tuck + Hysterectomy at the same time? (Photos)

I'm a 47 F with fibroids and need to have a minimally invasive hysterectomy. I have wanted a tummy tuck for the past 12 years since having my 2nd child due to loose abdominal skin. (I do not have a diastasis recti). I am a fitness professional, at my desired weight and rather than taking two separate recovery periods a year apart I would like to have both procedures at the same time. I would like to know if this is possible, safe, effective, and how I would even go about scheduling it as I cannot find any practitioners explicitly offering this combination. Thank you!
