I’m in my early 20s, and i have recently started noticing that I might have tubular breasts. I’ve lost a bit of weight over the past few years, and im still on a weight loss journey. My breasts look like they’ve sagged as a result, but I feel like I might just have tubular breasts.
Answer: Breast lift Based on your photos you have grade II ptosis and a breast lift would be necessary. If you want additional volume then an implant would be necessary as well.

Answer: Ptotic, not tubular Tubular breasts lack skin and tissue in the lower pole, they do not hang (ptosis). When you're ready, you'll be a great candidate for a breast lift, with or without breast implants. Although your nipples are low on the breast mound with little skin below them, you have excess skin, which is why your breasts are ptotic.

Answer: Good question... Thank you for your question and photos. An examination in person would be required to properly evaluate you, however from your photos it appears that you have asymmetric breasts with features of "tubular breast deformity" in that the distance from the fold beneath your breast and the nipple is relatively short resulting in the nipples being positioned lower on your breast than ideal. The correction for such would be a lift on the smaller breast, and a lift with a small reduction on the larger breast. As a rule, the breast consists of fatty tissue and breast tissue in a unique proportion that is different for every woman. Weight loss can affect your overall breast volume, especially if a large percentage of your breast volume is made up of fat. This means that your surgery is ideally timed when you have reached your ideal or desired weight, or even if higher than desirable, it should be a stable weight from which you do not anticipate deviating very much. If you desire to be larger breasted, an implant can be inserted at the time of the lift but this would be a relatively small implant since a larger implant increases the risk of complications. Another option is to undergo the reduction/lift to achieve pretty and symmetric breasts, and undergo a second stage augmentation with fewer restrictions on breast size, at a later date, approximately three months after your breast lift surgery. Please consult with an experienced board certified plastic surgeon whose results appeal to you, based on his or her Before and After gallery. Best of luck to you.

Answer: Breast ptosis and asymmetry Regardless of the cause of your condition, breast lift surgery should be considered. This will help not only to lift but also equalize your breasts by means of size and areola position/size. A consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon is recommended. Good luck.
