Tuberous breasts - what type of implant do you recommend?

Hi there, In patients with tuberous breasts that are slightly asymmetrical, what type of implant do you recommend? I consulted a surgeon who recommended a teardrop shape but given I already have a flatness to my breasts I don't want them to sag early. I'm 24, 157 cm, 45kg and wear a 10 A. Thanks

I believe that this can be corrected with appropriate implant selection and placement (with proper technique). I would see a board-certified plastic surgeon with preoperative 3D capability (Vectra or Crisalix) so that you can see the potential outcomes.
