Ive had subscion and filler before and it appears again eventually after some months. I had a purple acne spot that lasted a month and noticed this scar a few months after but the scar now is much bigger than the spot that was there. It this cheek deficit or likley related to cyst scar please i also have loose skin near my mouth which i have tried filler and profilho it feels very hollow what is the cause and how do i treat this i have tried so many things

I have been performing subcisions for elevating and smoothing all kinds of indented scars for over thirty years with gratifying results. Several important points are worth noting. For treating any scars or indentations over three months of age (so-called "mature scars"), from any cause, there are no treatments of any kind, anywhere in the world, that can offer more than a 50-80% overall improvement in appearance. Additionally, subcision typically requires between two and six treatment sessions (on average three to four) in order to achieve that level of improvement. So, if only one or two treatments were performed, you might wish to consider continuing on that route before stopping prematurely. 
As to the issue around your mouth, if you are referring to the superficial parallel laugh lines, a proper choice of HA filler (I would suggest a low viscosity, cohesive, malleable HA filler) and appropriate injection technique are critical for achieving optimal results. 
You would be wise to make sure consult with a board certified cosmetic dermatologist scar treatment speciallst and filler injector expert. Hope this helps and best of luck.
