Is subcision safe this close to the mouth? (Photos)

Question

I am a little reluctant about doing subcision due to the reported sagging but I don't think any other treatment will help. This is a very old scar and I haven't done any other procedures. It is located 1~2cm lateral to a mouth corner. Is the location safe? What would be the best entry point to treat just this scar? How many times would it be necessary? What filler and what post-subcision procedures would you recommend?

The treatment of this scar is indeed feasible. The entry point would be situated approximately one to two millimeters beneath the scar. It is recommended to employ a combined technique utilizing a Nokor needle on a handle followed by a blunt cannula. Following the treatment, we would suggest the application of PRP under the scar. In the post-operative period, we would provide a suction device and a microneedle roller. The number of sessions required will be determined by the degree of movement in your mouth area when you express emotions. Best regards.
