What is the best treatment to remove scar tissue from seroma? (Photo)

I fell skiing in 2019 and had a large seroma below my right glute. Had it drained several times shortly thereafter. What remains is an unsightly, wrinkly patch of skin. What, if any, would be the best way to smooth the appearance of it?
