I have aways had asymmetric eye and eyebrows, and it's started to bother me as the skin become loser with age (I have also lost over 70 lbs in the last year). I plan to lose another 30, but can already tell some lose skin will be a problem for me. Would a face or brow lift be the solution?
Answer: Brow lift Due to significant brow asymmetry, an endoscopic brow lift seems to be logical solution to correct that aspect of your face. There is no sufficient information on your photos to evaluate and comment on your face asymmetry. Hope this helps.

Answer: Nonsurgical treatments or brow lift Thank you for your enquiry and sharing your photograph. In the first instance, I would suggest using nonsurgical treatment using neuromodulators to improve the symmetry of the eyebrows. Relaxing slightly the left forehead muscle and treatment to the crow's feet on the right side and under the eyebrow on the right can produce a significant amount of improvement in the symmetry of the facial features because your expression is driving a significant amount of the asymmetry. If you find that the nonsurgical treatment is not adequate for your requirements, a brow lift intervention can be of help. Facelift surgery is not likely to produce improvement in the symmetry of the eyebrows.

Answer: Jawline and Brow Asymmetry Hello, hope you are well. Once you have reached your stable goal weight, I think you would be an appropriate candidate for a brow lift. A lateral/temporal brow lift would be a good option to improve symmetry. This procedure can be performed under local anesthesia and the incision can be concealed behind the hairline. I think it will be unlikely that the benefits of a facelift will outweigh the risks (scars, etc), but you may consider minimally invasive skin tightening procedures like FaceTite (bipolar radiofrequency). Hope this helps! Good luck with your journey. Best,Dr. Tower

Answer: Facelift you appear to be young although weight loss can age your face prematurely. I'd suggest starting with a noninvasive option first such as Sofwave.
