Which of these facial procedures can / should be done together and in which order should I have them?

While, different practices have different protocols and your own preferences are important in scheduling the procedures, I would recommend having hair transplants and facial procedures in separate sessions, a few weeks apart. We usually schedule dental procedures first followed by all the face procedures and the hair transplants are done a few weeks after that. It is very difficult to give you right answer without any photo. Most procedures are facial and they can be done any time regardless of the hair transplant. Only brow/forehead lift should be done before hair transplant. Hope this helps.

It seems like the facial surgery is going a bit overboard for someone your age. Why don’t you start with the hair transplant and reconsider which if any facial procedures are indicated with a second opinion

In my office we would do those in one week.
The order would be facelift / neck lift / browlift / chin shaping / lip surgery on day one, and then on day 7 or 8 after surgery the hair transplant. We have done this combination many times with good results.
