Uneven chin after facelift. Any advice? (Photo)

RSProfile1900872
I had a lower lift, chin implant about 8 months ago. My chin is very uneven now. The implant seems to be secure so I don’t think it is implant. I had a complication after surgery where my smile was crooked for several weeks ( on right side extreme weakness where I could not smile). That resolved, but chin is extremely uneven now. I feel like one side was pulled “too tight”, etc. I’m upset by the results. Any advice?
