Answer: Surgery First, your breasts sit somewhat wide apart, and the bases cannot be moved. You cannot look like your wish photos. Second, one breast sags more than the other and this will be more noticeable if larger. Measurements are needed to know how large you can go and not be too large for your frame and tissue. Please discuss this with your surgeon.

Answer: Changing breast implants for a better size How to choose better size implants when changing breast implants that are the wrong volume or profile: Do you prefer breasts that are rounder on your chest like a grapefruit or more projecting with less breast on the side of your chest. The profile of the implant in your case high and extra high are a tradeoff for the diameter of the breast given the same volume. Secondary breast surgery can be complex and needs to be done by an experienced plastic surgeon. I am not sure what the second set of photos are. Those implants are too wide and too close together. You do need a wider base implant but your nipple needs to be more centered so you will have more side breast . There is always a trade off in breast surgery, but you are tall , thin and a wider implant with a little less cleavage will look good At the Pacific Center for Plastic Surgery, Dr. Horowitz has a special interest and extensive experience each over the past 25 years in secondary, or “redo” cosmetic and reconstructive breast surgery. They are often referred patients treated by other plastic surgeons to correct and improve upon patients with preexisting implants

Answer: Increasing breast implant size Patients want what they want. Personally, I think your implant selection and your current aesthetic outcome is textbook perfect. And you should leave it alone. Implant selection is best done with your provider. Personally, I see absolutely no reason to alter what turned out really well. don’t be greedy. Using excessively large implants, increases the chance of undesirable side effects, complication rates, and the need for revision surgery. Using implants that are larger than your natural anatomic breast diameter increases the chance of problems. Once the tissues are stretched out, they don’t shrink back down again. I think your surgeon did an exceptionally good job, and there’s something to be said about leaving good enough alone. All plastic surgeons were taught the expression. “The enemy of good is perfect” during their training. Best, Mats Hagstrom, MD
