It has been almost two years since my rhinoplasty- I had two small fractures that left my nose looking crooked and bulbous over the years so I wanted that corrected and the tip more refined. As it is settling (I have thick skin and I am seeing the refinement of the tip being more noticeable with each month) I am seeing and feeling that my nose is curving. I have read this is possible if you had rhinoplasty to correct a fracture the cartilage wanting to go back to where it was. My surgeon said there are two possible solutions- shave the one side that is curving and creating a bump in an in office procedure or undergo a short revision procedure which I believe he said would be closed rhinoplasty and essentially just breaking and repositioning everything into place. Based off this picture what would be the best course of action- I can breathe out of both nostrils now (I could not before the surgery) which leads me to think the septum is straight, although sometimes when things are swelling up, the same nostril feels closed.
