What is the best way to fix my uneven nostrils following rhinoplasty? (Photos)

I had a septo/rhino done 2 years ago. I love my results, except my uneven nostrils. At the 1.5 year mark, my surgeon did a alar batten rim graft under local anesthesia using ear cartilage to help correct the unevenness of my right nostril. The graft didn’t work (I’m not sure why). It’s been a few months since the procedure, and I fear it made my nostril asymmetry look worse? I can’t fully tell. I’m going back to my doctor next month to discuss further options to correct it (he is a revision rhinoplasty surgeon).iWhat’s your best advice for me? How do I correct this?
