What is the best way to fix my uneven nostrils following rhinoplasty? (Photos)

Yours is not a minor defect, IMHO your results are very poor:
-damage to alar support, notch, alar rim retraction, etc.
-no tip support, poor tip definition, over rotated tip
-short nose
-poor nasal valve preservation
-etc

I believe you need a comprehensive and integral revision, focusing in strongly grafted structures to expand your thick skin.

Based on your photo, the asymmetry is probably the result of cartilage asymmetry on the inside. This could include septal deviation, over resection of some cartilage, or lifting one side too much. Revision rhinoplasty can often improve this situation, but there's no guarantee of it being perfect. Be sure to see a couple other rhinoplasty experts for consultation.

Based on your photos, you appear to have relatively thin nasal skin, and we can see right-sided nostril retraction. In our experience, the best way to address this may be with a permanent non-surgical nose job treatment, to lower the high side and to improve upon nostril margin symmetry. I hope this helps! Yes, nostril shape and size can be changed with alarplasty which is 'plastic surgery of the nostrils'
There are many techniques. In your case it might involve a cartilage graft in the nostril that is notched.
Please keep in mind that exact symmetry is impossible but improvement can be achieved.

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, you are a great candidate for a revision rhinoplasty. Maneuvers for your surgery would include tensioning of the tip, placement of extended alar contour grafts, among other maneuvers. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result.
