I am in my mid 40s. I always considered a rhinoplasty but probably didn’t have enough courage. I am considering a rhinoplasty that provides better symmetry. My nose is slightly crooked (probably due to several elbows to face playing soccer) and the tip could be more pleasant. I find when I smile my nose becomes more pronounced.

Answer: Considering rhinoplasty: Considering rhinoplasty: based on traditional aesthetic norms, you have a dorsal hump and a quite wide nose. these are features that are typically addressed with a standard rhinoplasty. In your Sideview it appears that you may also have a weak chin, which if it bothers you, can be addressed either with a chin implant or with fillers. A chin implant can be performed along with a Rhinoplasty or as a separate procedure. Fillers could be done at any time independently.
