You do have thick skin therefore it’s not possible to reduce the size of your nose significantly. It will definitely be smaller and wings will be more narrow. Considering rhinoplasty: based on traditional aesthetic norms, you have a dorsal hump and a quite wide nose. these are features that are typically addressed with a standard rhinoplasty. In your Sideview it appears that you may also have a weak chin, which if it bothers you, can be addressed either with a chin implant or with fillers. A chin implant can be performed along with a Rhinoplasty or as a separate procedure. Fillers could be done at any time independently.

Based on your photos, your nose is not terribly deviated. The biggest challenge is the thickness of the skin soft tissue envelope in your tip. Tip narrowing is more difficult to achieve with thicker skin in your tip. However, your nose can be more balanced with ca conservative reduction of the bridge of the nose as well as narrowing and straightening the bridge and slightly lifting the tip. This can all be done with closed approach. Perfect symmetry may not be achieved and realistic expectations are key.

Every nose is different and unique to that individual. If the appearance of your nose concerns you enough to do something about it, it can be improved with a natural artistically performed rhinoplasty. What would be the best option and exact procedure would depend on an examination and discussion about desired outcome. Excellent results can be achieved with either a closed or open technique.
