If you want natural, great, natural is what you've got right now. Bumpy, crooked, disproportionate in whole or part, basically just 2 snot tubes at the bottom of a sticky out bit situated somewhere below the eyes, yet above the mouth. It's the amazingly weird and beautiful product of 500 million years of air breathing terrestrial evolution since that one fishy crawled out of the ocean, having gotten lost riding his bike back from the pub, and took the first breath of atmospheric oxygen*. Reflect upon it in awe and be grateful, you've made a great decision.

*poetic license, we all know it was decreasing oxygen in the oceans at the time of the Ordovician-Silurian extinction event that triggered it.

Most surgeons who frequently perform rhinoplasty spend a large amount of time teasing out what the patient wants, and solidifies it with simulation surgery (photographic morphing). Surgeons won’t move forward with someone who has unrealistic expectations or desires results outside the realm of normal. Instead of sitting at home on your computer, go on a few consultations rhinoplasty experts. Btw, 2/3 of the examples you posted show substandard results.

The problem is that photography often doesn’t give the three dimensions you need to judge how narrow a nose has been made. I don’t know if you showed photos of your own nose or just others. It would be nice to see your nose to give an opinion about having surgery

First of all, you have to make sure that the final results that you're looking at are at least 12 months out after their surgery, otherwise going to be significant swelling for the first year after the procedure. If you already have thin upper lateral cartilages and dorsal hump, spreader grafts composed of patient's own nasal cartilage will be necessary to prevent a collapse of the mid vault, at which is also known as an inverted V deformity.
