Is rhinoplasty able to keep or create a thin nose bridge? (Photo)

I have viewed hundreds if not thousands of rhinoplasty before and afters, and the reason I decided against the procedure is because they all have the same final look: boxy bridge the same width as the tip. Personally I don’t find this attractive. I would like to know why 99% of rhinoplasties end up this way, and if there is hope for a new procedure in the future that can keep a natural looking nose bridge.
