Nose still swollen and hurts to touch 1 year after surgery - what could be wrong? (photos)

I had a rhinoplasty a year ago bt my nose is still swollen from the tip and the right side and from the bridge where the bone had been removed and it hurts when touching it from sides. whats wrong?I knew that all patients got their final results after a year should i wait or should I take sth to help to recover.the doctor told me to wait bt i am worried
